For one of our clients, we are looking for :

  • Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
  • Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
  • Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
  • Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Apply Dolce / Wyndham sales policies and techniques to maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
  • Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
