Job description

Binnen de afdeling Operations zijn wij op zoek naar een QA officer. Het doel van de functie is het algemene kwaliteitsniveau binnen productie op een hoger niveau te brengen en te borgen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de QA OPS supervisor van onze site in Hoogstraten. Onder deze veelzijdige en uitdagende functie horen onder meer volgende taken :

Opvolgen en opleiden / bijsturen van het productiepersoneel in functie van kwaliteitsnormen

Behandelen en onderzoeken van deviaties ten gevolge van het productiepersoneel (humane fouten) en van daaruit acties formuleren en uitwerken

Uitvoeren van GEMBA walks in productie en ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van (interne en externe) audits

Uitvoeren van yellow belt projecten in het kader van procesverbetering en kwaliteits-verbetering in productie

Afstemmen van processen welke overlap hebben met de jouw toegewezen afdeling zoals QA, Supply Chain, QC om tot een geintegreerde oplossing te komen.

Je bevordert het kwaliteitsbewust denken binnen de organisatie en moedigt medewerkers aan in de ontwikkeling van hun aandacht voor kwaliteit

Bezit jij deze talenten? Je beschikt over een analytisch vermogen en een gezonde dosis empathie. Je hebt interesse in de processen en ervaring in het continu verbeteren. Je bent een uitstekend communicator die ook actief kan luisteren en samenwerking bevordert. Je toont je flexibel in geval van last-minute wijzigingen en blijft oplossingsgericht meedenken.

Match jij met de gevraagde opleiding en ervaring?

Bachelor in farmaceutische wetenschappen, scheikunde of equivalent; Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen QA / productie in een farmaceutische organisatie Relevante en actuele kennis van GMP en GDP Goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Ervaring met SAP is een pré Minimaal Yellow Belt, bij voorkeur Green Belt Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
