YOUR MISSION : LEAD THE COUNTRY'S SUPPLY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND DRIVE COMMERCIAL SUCCESS
You will act as the senior representative in-country , reporting to the Manager of F&B Procurement. Your primary mission is to develop and execute the country’s supply management strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives, while optimizing supplier relationships and delivering exceptional value to clients.
Develop Strategic Plans : Prepare and implement the Supply Management Strategic Country Plan, ensuring cost-effective and efficient execution.Build Strong Supplier Relationships : Negotiate and secure win-win agreements with distributors and manufacturers to maximize business potential.Market Expertise : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities within hospitality and F&B.Collaboration : Align with F&B and Sales teams to optimize team performance and enhance client satisfaction.Monitor Performance : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring sustainability and efficiency across operations.Represent the Organization : Act as a key negotiator and ambassador for the company in supplier and client interactions.YOUR PROFILE : A STRATEGIC, DATA-DRIVEN BUYER WITH STRONG COMMERCIAL BACKGROUND
Must have :
5+ years of experience in F&B procurement or related sectors OR 5+ years of experience in sales in the F&B industry or related sectorsProven negotiation skills and a track record of driving commercial successExpertise in market trends within the hospitality industryProficiency in procurement tools and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetFluency in English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken)Nice to have :
