HRIS Business Analyst

Description de posteJe beschikt over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) EN hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het vertalen van de behoeften van het bedrijf naar IT-applicaties als Business Analyst. Met je kritische en analytische geest weet je snel verbeteringsmogelijkheden te identificeren. Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt effectief communiceren en onderhandelen met je interne klanten, zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is essentieel om te kunnen communiceren met onze IT-teams. Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt het belangrijkste van het onbelangrijke onderscheiden, terwijl je nauwkeurig en duidelijk blijft in je analyses en aanbevelingen. Je werkt goed samen met anderen, maar bent ook in staat zelfstandig te werken om de gewenste resultaten te bereiken, terwijl je de vastgestelde deadlines respecteert. Een aantrekkelijk salaris aangevuld met een 13e maand, onkostenvergoeding, maaltijdcheques en een collectieve en individuele bonus. Een deel van het salaris wordt aangeboden als een flexibel budget. Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?
Als HRIS Business Analyst speel je een essentiële rol bij het updaten van onze HR-applicaties, zodat deze optimaal aansluiten bij de diverse behoeften van onze organisatie. Zo zorg je voor een betere ervaring voor onze interne klanten.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als HRIS Business Analyst zijn dit je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden :
- Je analyseert wijzigingsaanvragen (Change Request) voor onze HR-applicaties om de ontwikkelingskosten en de return on investment (ROI) te beoordelen.
- Je ontwerpt oplossingen met een business case en past de processen aan op basis daarvan. Dit betreft applicaties zoals vakantieaanvragen, prestatiemanagementtools, de HR-chatbot, ...
- Je analyseert incidenten in samenwerking met onze IT-teams om problemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
- Je behandelt de “Service Requests” die door je collega's in de frontline worden gestuurd.
- Je werkt actief mee aan projecten die worden beheerd door je collega's van het HR Program Office (PMO).

Je beschikt ook over de volgende vaardigheden :
Ervaring met HR-projectmanagement en kennis van SAP HR en / of SuccessFactors zijn pluspunten. Interesse in HR-onderwerpen en -gegevens is essentieel.

Je zal werken in het HR Program Office. Het team bestaat uit een tiental collega's Processanalisten, Business Analisten, Data Analisten,.... Je kantoor is gevestigd in Brussel, vlakbij station Brussel-Zuid. Benieuwd naar de werkomgeving? Maak een snelle 360° tour. ?
