I'm partnered with a Healthcare client in the Netherlands hiring for a Security Engineer. Their agile teams comprise skilled engineers who collaborate closely to drive innovation in healthcare throughout Belgium. They are currently in search of a Software Security Engineer who excels in dynamic and forward-thinking environments.
Your primary responsibilities as a Security Engineer will include :
- Security consulting : be involved in the security of our software architecture, as well as being the main point of contact surrounding software security.
- Security engineering : implement measures to harden the security of their products.
- Implement security controls : configure firewalls and threat detection systems.
- Documentation & compliance : maintain records and policies, and ensure adherence to security standards.
- Collaboration : work with cross-functional teams.
- Software development : work on software products, largely but not exclusively focused on security. The balance between security and development will differ from time to time.
