Working in the Network Build and Mass Roll‑Out Team

In this team we ensure the timely end‑to‑end build‑up and mass roll‑out of FTTH according to predetermined milestones, delivering gigabit‑speed, reliable data networks.

Your Role As Service Delivery Manager

• Strategic Partnership Management – act as the link between internal stakeholders and operational partners, developing strategies and navigating subcontracting and long‑term partnership arrangements.
• Service Delivery Oversight – proactively monitor service deliveries, analyze and adjust processes to align with SLAs and budgets, and shape data reporting into actionable insights.
• Transformation and Continuous Improvement – explore new ideas, test and learn, and help translate concepts into processes, contracts and feedback loops to improve total cost of ownership without compromising customer experience.
