Junior Business Controller (F / M) - BE870296

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Junior Business Controller to strengthen their Finance team.

This role offers exposure to key financial processes and collaboration across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closings, cost allocations, and variance analysis
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with key functions (Operations, R&D, Commercial)
• Maintain and update financial dashboards and performance KPIs
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast) and deliver insights to management
• Track and report costs, revenues, and margins on internal and client projects
• Analyze COGS, CAPEX, and overheads for cost control
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses (e.g., pricing, profitability, scenario modeling)
• Ensure financial data accuracy by working closely with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to ERP enhancements to improve financial operations scalability
