Freelance ESG Project Manager

Lead and coordinate strategic sustainability programs across business units

Implement change management and training initiatives for internal teams, including sales and client-facing staff

Support the integration of ESG norms, regulatory requirements (CSRD, EBA, etc.), and internal sustainability policies

Collaborate with experts and stakeholders from Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Business to align on ESG standards

Guide the implementation of the "Sustainable by Design" approach in product and service development

Provide structured input into ESG governance models and regulatory roadmaps

Offer strategic advice and operational tools to help colleagues drive sustainable practices

Freelance ESG Project Manager

At least 5 years of experience in complex project or program management

Strong expertise in ESG regulations, sustainability frameworks, and change delivery

Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder levels

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Strong organizational insight, strategic mindset, and collaborative spirit
