Description de posteWe seek a driven Risk Management & Competence Manager to join our M&E team and lead operational risk, improvement, and compliance in Part-145. Facilitate risk assessments Support safety investigations Manage KPI / SPI dashboards Maintain Safety IT systems Liaise with Part-145 assessors Oversee qualifications / competence Prepare key safety meetings Implement procedures and surveys Assess new tools / equipment risks Check contractors / new hires Monitor audits / findings Drive root cause analysis Promote safety culture and share learnings Advise teams and communicate safety Lead training and just culture initiatives

- Bachelor’s in (Aeronautics) Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years in coordination or management (e.g., PM, safety, supervision)
- Knowledge of EASA regulations and SMS
- Experience with safety audits / investigations (aviation preferred)
- Skilled in risk assessment and corrective actions
- Familiar with compliance / reporting tools
- Fluent in English; Dutch / French a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High integrity, collaborative, and approachable
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
- Team player with independent drive
- Committed to a strong safety culture
