Description de posteJob Catalog Development : Collaborate with HRBPs and experts to maintain and enhance the Allianz Benelux job catalog, aligning it with strategic priorities. Career Guidance : Provide advice and guidance to employees, helping them identify suitable career options within Allianz Benelux and the Group. Talent Mobility : Manage employee inflow and outflow, ensuring successful career transitions and development plans. Talent Pool Assessment : Continuously assess the potential of the talent pool, managing staffing platforms to match candidates with internal opportunities. Exit Framework Coordination : Develop and coordinate exit strategies, providing insights to management and HR teams. Program Management : Deliver Talent and Career Mobility programs aligned with Allianz Group & Benelux strategy. System Management : Ensure accurate and timely information in Talent Management & Mobility systems, collaborating with HR transformation programs.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and other experts to develop career pathways, manage talent mobility, and support strategic HR initiatives across Allianz Benelux.

Your Responsibilities :
Your Profile?
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in career management, talent development, and succession planning. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and excel in communication, professionalism, and taking initiative. Strong expertise is procedures, regulations, and tools, with proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous, and fluency in English with proficiency in Dutch and / or French is essential.
