As a deputy post supervisor, you will have an extensive range of duties :

  • You take care of the daily organisation of your post and you are the point of contact for the agents, the customer and Securitas.
  • You carry out operational assignments and you manage and coordinate your team of agents.
  • You perform a number of administrative tasks (such as planning, attending customer meetings, reviewing / approving your team's performance, etc.).
  • You coordinate the agents' mandatory training courses and give training on the job yourself

Qualifications

  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have a driving licence and a car.
  • You have experience as a security guard.
  • Flexible : you can adapt well to changing circumstances and instructions and can communicate this clearly and correctly to your team.
  • Stress-resistant, customer-oriented and strong communicator.
  • You have good computer knowledge.
  • You are communicative and have the necessary people skills : you can manage a team and communicate instructions clearly.
