Sales Manager – EV - Solar Energy

Location : Antwerp region, Belgium (Hybrid)

Sales Manager – EV - Solar Energy - What You’ll Do

  • Market Development : Identify, qualify and win new customers and partners in the energy market.
  • Account Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with installers, utilities and service providers.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute innovative launch plans for new products and services.
  • Technical Solutions : Translate customer needs into tailored offers using data loggers, gateways, meters and load-balancing devices, all integrated with a cloud-based Energy Management System.
  • Industry Insights : Stay up-to-date on market trends and technological advances to keep your clients—and your company—ahead of the curve.

Sales Manager – EV - Solar Energy - Who You Are

  • Experience : ≥ 5 years in a commercial or sales role, ideally in energy transition or adjacent technical industries.
  • Education : Degree in electrical engineering, building services, or similar technical field.
  • Track Record : Proven success in developing new partners / customers and managing long-term, recurring contracts.
  • Skills :
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent communication in Dutch and English
