Location : Belgium or Luxembourg

Type : Contract, 6 months initially

We’re looking for an AI Architect with ServiceNow & Now Assist expertise to help our clients unlock the power of AI across enterprise workflows.

In this client-facing role, you’ll run workshops, translate requirements, define AI use cases, and drive the adoption of GenAI and automation within the ServiceNow platform. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business leaders to design practical, impactful AI solutions.

What You’ll Do :

Lead AI-focused workshops and stakeholder engagements
Translate business needs into ServiceNow AI / GenAI solutions
Define requirements, write user stories, and support delivery teams
Guide clients on AI readiness, adoption, and governance
Stay ahead of AI and ServiceNow trends

What We’re Looking For :

Strong ServiceNow knowledge with Now Assist & GenAI experience

AI / ML background, ideally within enterprise platforms

Excellent communicator who can simplify complex AI concepts

Experience writing user stories and driving solution design

ServiceNow certifications and AI project experience (preferred)
