Role Overview

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration with existing systems. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, collaborating across the software development lifecycle to deliver robust and future-proof digital products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solution designs.
• Define integration points, data flows, and system interactions to ensure interoperability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other architects to align solution designs with business objectives and technical standards.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise and cloud architecture standards, promoting consistency and compliance.
• Document solution architecture, technical decisions, and rationale to support transparency and traceability.
• Support estimation and feasibility assessments for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Guide implementation teams, providing technical leadership and resolving blockers throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain a focus on solution quality, reliability, and scalability, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in digital transformation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with documentation and architectural modeling tools.
• Ability to guide technical teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
