From day one, you will have a direct impact on store success and team development. Your primary responsibilities include:Monitoring Sales and Productivity : Drive sales performance and improve productivity.Strategic Planning : Analyse data to create effective strategies for the store.Operational Management : Oversee all operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.Team Motivation and Leadership : Encourage and inspire the team to reach their potential.Recruitment and Development : Recruit new talent and support the growth of existing team members.Sustainability Ambassador : Actively promote and implement the company's sustainability strategy.
