iStorm has been selected by a leading top-tier bank to assist in recruiting several Scrum Masters to strengthen its IT teams. ( full time only)

This role is for you if you enjoy coordinating, facilitating, and growing teams within an Agile framework.

As a Scrum Master, you will be a true catalyst for collective performance : you support the team in delivering innovative digital solutions while fostering collective intelligence, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities :

• Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers…) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.
• Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
• Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Create a healthy team dynamic : regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
• Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI…).
