Do you have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-security ICT initiatives and operational excellence. You will operate across business process optimization, system analysis, and strategic planning within the Application Delivery domain.
Requirements:
- Certification (Mandatory): Must hold at least two valid certificates from the following: CBAP (or equivalent), Certified UML Professional (Foundation Level), or BPMN 2 Fundamentals (or equivalent).
- Experience: 6+ years of specialized work experience in E-procurement, SQL, and Qlik Sense.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive IT-relevant experience, including the completion of at least one full software solution lifecycle.
- Modeling Skills: Strong knowledge of BPMN for process modeling and familiarity with UML notations (state diagrams, capability diagrams, etc.).
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Belgium.
- Language: Fluent English (C1 level) is required.

- Elicitation & Analysis: Gather and analyze complex business needs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Requirements Management: Translate business and technical needs into formal specifications and manage them throughout the system lifecycle.
- Process Excellence: Model, validate, and test business processes using BPMN while collaborating with process owners to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategy & Planning: Map business goals, benefits, and features to support strategic and tactical planning for business users.
- Solution Identification: Assess existing systems and identify solution options that align with business needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate project scope, requirements, objectives, and business cases to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain structured analytical documentation, including Business Cases, Vision documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans.
- Data & Tools: Utilize analysis/modeling tools (ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.) and manage data/documents within large organizational administrative processes.
