For our customer we are looking for a Service Desk SDO Operator
Duration : As soon as possible until 31 / 12 / 2025 (approx. 6 months, full time)
Remote work : Possible, depending on project needs
Languages required : Dutch and French (active knowledge)
INAMI-RIZIV is a key institution in the Belgian social security system. Its mission is twofold : ensuring that all insured persons have access to effective and fairly priced healthcare, and guaranteeing replacement income in cases of incapacity for work, maternity, or paternity. The selected consultant will join the SDO Service Desk team within the IT department to support INAMI’s core business services.
As a Service Desk SDO Operator, you will work in a team of around ten colleagues. Your role is to ensure that approximately 1,500 internal users can make the best use of their IT equipment and applications. You will provide first-line support for both PCs and telephony. Daily tasks include answering calls in Dutch and French, registering incidents, setting helpdesk priorities, resolving issues, and guiding users with new IT tools. You will also participate in internal projects impacting IT support, such as rolling out new configurations, and collaborate closely with server, infrastructure, and network monitoring teams.
Profile requirements :
You have or are completing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, with solid knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems. You understand IT infrastructure basics such as LAN, TCP / IP, Windows domains, security systems, and network printing, allowing you to make accurate diagnoses. Knowledge of ITIL is a plus. You work methodically, set priorities effectively, communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and take initiative to find structural solutions.
