Your Responsibilities

Advise on a wide range of credit and lending matters , including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and real estate finance.

Draft and negotiate key documentation : facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions .

Manage cross-border transactions from term sheet to closing, working closely with senior lawyers and clients.

Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in the banking and finance space.

Your Profile

2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance law

Belgian Master of Law.

Native Dutch or French speaker , with excellent command of English and working knowledge of the other national language.

Proactive, pragmatic, and detail-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
