As Head of Finance of our Belgian entity, you play a key role in driving the performance, structure and financial robustness of the Belgian manufacturing entity, operating within a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical startup and a highly regulated environment.

You act as a strategic business partner to local management, overseeing finance, accounting, payments and controlling, compliance and business support activities, while supporting the progressive transition from a project-driven phase (plant construction, process implementation) to a fully operational industrial site.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, in close collaboration with Group Finance and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial leadership & controlling :

• Prepare, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Develop and maintain controlling tools and dashboards adapted to a project-based and industrial environment.
• Analyze variances, propose corrective actions and support management decision-making.
• Ensure accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting to local management and Group Finance.
