Description de posteSupervise lease (re)negociation & financial metrics of the portoflio (cashflow, rentability, occupation rate…) Be the contact person for tenants and maintain relationships with brokers Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the good tenue of buildings (administrative & technical overview- Maintain client relationships & contact in order to have a better flow of information & overall satisfaction Prospect (dis)investment opportunities & assist the investment / transaction Teams to follow-up on deal procedures Reporting to the higher management to ensure smooth operations Degree in real estate, property management or finance 5 years in a similar role Good level in French and Dutch, and proficiency in english would be a plus Solid knowledge in commercial / corporate lease drafts & portfolio overview Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
For one of our estimated clients, a Real estate developer & asset management company, we are looking for an Asset Manager (commercial real estate). You will supervise the portfolio on a commercial, financial, technical & administrative level
