As a Shop Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the store, ensuring that commercial objectives are met and our customers are satisfied.
Your Responsibilities :
- Oversee the operational and commercial management of the store under the supervision of a Cluster Manager.
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the store team : recruit, evaluate, develop, and retain talent.
- Motivate the team around commercial objectives and ensure superior customer service.
- Create a work environment based on trust, respect, and accountability.
- Track orders and inventory, align working hours with sales activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
