Deze groep telt meer dan 10 juridische entiteiten en staat absoluut gekend als een mensgerichte en innovatie onderneming. Onze klant is een gekende speler met kantoren in Gent en Antwerpen. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 20 HR professionals -Payroll Officers en Compensation & Benefits specialisten- en organiseert de werking van de afdeling op een efficiënte en doelgerichte manier. Je waarborgt de correcte toepassing van sociale wetgeving, interne HR-richtlijnen en compliancevereisten. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert HR-projecten die gericht zijn op optimalisatie, digitalisering en vernieuwing van processen en systemen. Je neemt actief deel aan multidisciplinaire en internationale HR-projecten. Je stimuleert samenwerking met andere HR-domeinen om ge ntegreerde en gedragen oplossingen te realiseren. Je bewaakt en evalueert continu de kwaliteit en doeltreffendheid van het personeelsbeleid. Je bouwt een intern en extern netwerk uit om kennis te delen en verbeterkansen te benutten. Je...
