We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, a role that will allow you to drive strategic and operational marketing efforts across global markets. Function

What You’ll Be Doing :

Developing and implementing Pharma Technology’s marketing strategy in collaboration with management.
Leading digital marketing initiatives : managing the website, SEO, content creation, and automation.
Creating impactful marketing materials like brochures, videos, and white papers.
Organizing key global events , including exhibitions, seminars, and agent meetings.
Ensuring consistent and effective corporate branding across all marketing channels.
Analyzing campaign performance to improve future marketing efforts.

Profile

You bring at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.

You are creative, inventive, solution-oriented with an eye for detail and you have strong organizational and planning skills.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset , capable of taking initiative and making decisions independently, all while aligning with strategic goals.

Fluent in English , you excel at working across diverse markets and cultures, and you’re a true team player with excellent communication skills.

You understand that teamwork and quick communication are essential to success, which is why you're happy to be present at the office (Nivelles) at least four times a week . Pharma Technology’s policy on homeworking is designed to ensure solidarity with all employees, including those who are in the production facilities daily, and to foster stronger collaboration within the team.
