Description de posteFinding and defining new synergies Having a solution and optimization-oriented approach Ensuring optimal profitability of the site and for all business activities Overseeing and guaranteeing the accuracy of monthly financial reporting, closing, budget reports & forecast presentations Managing the budget process Ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations Participating in weekly management team meeting Leading and managing the Supply & Operations Controlling team, including the on-boarding of new collaborators Master's degree in Economics / Finance - or equivalent Min 8 years of relevant experience - Business Controlling within an industrial environment Excellent command of French & English - Dutch is a plus SAP expertise is a plus Management experience Excellent communication and business partnering skills Agile and solution oriented Leadership and strategic mindset
The Supply & Operations Controlling Manager will be part of the Management Committee and benefit from a key position within the organization, being in contact with different Heads of Departments .The main tasks gather :
- Supporting the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Director and Group Operation Director in the finance management and analysis of their departments, advising them on the economic decision-making process
Challenging the department's activities on the financial side
The Supply & Operations Controlling Manager will play a significant operational and strategic role within the Group.
