Description de poste7-10 years of experience in a strategic role (e.g., Strategy Consultant, Chief of Staff, or similar) Proven track record in coordinating leadership meetings, managing complex schedules , and supporting executive decision-making Strong organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to prioritize effectively Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure industries , especially SaaS (required) Familiarity with corporate governance, board-level interactions, and stakeholder management (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a high level of professionalism Strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic environments German language skills are a plus Willingness to travel across Europe , preferably based in Belgium
