Assistant Store Manager - Fashion Brand

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a premium fashion brand , for their boutique in Brussels .

Job description

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Handle daily store operations including opening, closing, cash management, and reporting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector (1–3 years preferred).
