Your contributions will be vital in positioning BDO as a trusted advisor in the insurance landscape.A typical week may involve:Leading the development of transformations tailored to client needs.Conducting in-depth analyses of insurance products and industry trends.Managing project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Engaging with clients to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.Collaborating across business practices to drive growth and innovation. What do you bring to the table? We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in management consulting within the insurance industry. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in our dynamic team.A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in management consulting, specifically in the insurance sector.Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, ecosystem, and best practices.Proven track record in leading and managing project teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in French and Dutch, along with strong English language skills.
