The Institute for Property Law under the direction of Prof. Dr. Vincent Sagaert and Prof. Dr. Dorothy Gruyaert is part of the Research Unit Private Law. The Institute coordinates teaching assignments concerning property law and carries out research into topics relating to private and public real estate law.
Project
You are expected to conduct PhD research in the field of property law.
You are expected to prepare national and international publications and to participate in the research of the Institute. You are expected to provide teaching support within property law : practical exercises, seminars.

A full-time contract for 1 year, as of 1 September 2025, which can be renewed with a maximum of 4 years in total.
We offer the possibility of obtaining a PhD under excellent supervision.
