We are now looking for a motivated Junior  Cluster Sales Manager (f / m / d) who develops innovative sales strategies with passion and vision, successfully implements them and thereby continuously improves processes.

Your working day includes :

• Create and execute a commercial plan that interprets objectives of the business and maps out the actions and strategies to support the positioning of the hotels. This includes identifying and visiting potential clients.
• Implement commercial strategies for existing and new business opportunities, responsible for negotiating client contracts and maintaining client relationships
• High cooperation with the hotel General Manager, Area Sales Manager Area Director of Sales, and Revenue team to continuously align and devise strategies and tactics
• Working closely with the senior management team on-property and showing upskilling the team all opportunities to to ensure we maximisemaximize revenue.ue at every opportunity
• Developing strategic plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market place.
