Description de posteDegree in software or related field required. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and technologies like XML, JavaScript, ASP, and C#. Strong customer service orientation. Fluent in English and Dutch. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Experience with SAP integration is a plus. Knowledge of accounting and finance is an advantage. Functie
- Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely to define their functional and technical requirements.
- Design customized solutions based on end-user interfaces, reports, and workflows.
- Oversee the development of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through coding and testing.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues as they arise.
- Document the configuration process and provide materials for customer reference.
- Handle installation and deployment of the solutions.
- Provide technical support in collaboration with sales, R&D, and technical teams.
- Occasionally deliver on-site training for end users.
