Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East.

We are currently looking for a :

Tax & Accounting Manager EMEA

Main Responsibilities :

• The Tax and Accounting Manager within the EMEA will play a vital role in overseeing monthly actual reporting, financial compliance, tax, and transactional accounting operations across multiple countries from the Shared Service Center in Leuven reporting to the VP Finance EMEA.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting : Assure accurate daily transactional accounting, be responsible for the monthly financial closings (P&L / BS) and monthly uploads of the actuals in the consolidation tool.
• Treasury : Weekly / monthly payments, maintain global treasury tool, credit & collection and optimalizations projects.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting : Ensuring accurate and timely filing of annual accounts, corporate taxes, VAT, and other indirect taxes across different countries.
• Transfer Pricing & International Taxation : Managing intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with global tax frameworks and be responsible for the local transfer pricing files.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance : Monitoring changes in tax laws and ensuring the company adapts to new regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Working closely with finance team, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• SAP : Business owner for transactional accounting, Initiate Change Requests, Assist in SAP Upgrades and perform UAT testing.
• Optimize & automatize transactional accounting within EMEA.
