Test Manager

We’re Hiring : Test Manager (Freelance) – Embedded & Web Systems

Location : Namur (Hybrid : 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Start : ASAP

Duration : Until 31 / 12 / 2025 (initial 6-month contract, renewable)

Workload : Full-time

Are you an experienced Test Manager or QA Lead with a strong background in embedded systems and web technologies ? We’re looking for a hands-on expert to define and drive a unified testing and launch strategy for two critical technology stacks used in the public mobility sector :

Embedded Platforms (PFE) – built in C / C++, deployed on vehicles

Web-based Solutions (SAE) – PHP applications accessible via browser

Your Mission

You will lead the creation and implementation of a High-Level Testing and Launching Strategy (HLTLS) for both platforms, ensuring robustness, alignment, and performance across systems.

What You’ll Do

• Define a test strategy that works across embedded and web environments
• Develop and integrate automated testing into CI / CD pipelines
• Coordinate with technical leads and developers to align releases
• Report KPIs and provide test documentation to project / program managers
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test execution (especially SAE side)
