To strengthen our Finance team at the head office in Grimbergen (Belgium), we are looking for motivated candidates (M/F/X) for the position of BUSINESS CONTROLLER. Your Mission: As a Business Controller, you will be the financial co-pilot of our operational teams. Your role will be to provide relevant analyses, optimize performance, and actively contribute to the company’s growth. Monitor and analyze financial performance: track KPI’s, develop dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize costs and improve profitability. Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Develop and automate analysis tools for fast and efficient decision-making. Identify risks and opportunities to guide strategic choices. Qualifications Your Profile: You hold a degree in finance, audit, or management control. You can rely on a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in management control, audit, or in corporate finance. You have an excellent command of BI tools. Your strong analytical and synthesis skills provide clear and impactful solutions. You take initiative, also show autonomy and you possess excellent interpersonal skills.
