BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Your Tasks

  • Provide finance and tax advice to Asset, Transaction, and Portfolio Management teams to support investment growth.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and conduct ad hoc financial analysis .
  • Support the transaction process for real-estate properties, including acquisitions , disposals , and financial and tax due diligence.
  • Collaborate with the transaction team on deal structuring and financial arrangements .
  • Prepare and negotiate loan agreements with external lenders and monitor compliance.
  • Ensure tax compliance of investment structures and assist in asset budget and forecasting procedures .

BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Your Profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English . French is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
