To support its fast growth, the team is looking for an Senior Application Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of the technology.

Role Overview

As an Application Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical partner for customers—before and after onboarding. You will showcase the platform through demos, guide new clients in getting started, and provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure their success. With your engineering background and communication skills, you’ll bridge the gap between customer needs and the product team, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term value.

Responsibilities

As a Senior and hands-on Leader, take ownership of customer delivery by leading through execution first, before progressively contributing to team structure and processes.

Help define best practices, workflows, and quality standards as the function scales.

Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing through example and hands-on guidance.

Deliver product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting technical capabilities and use cases.

Support customers during onboarding and training, ensuring smooth integration into their workflows.

Provide first-line technical support via email, ticketing systems, and video calls.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to simulations, CAD integration, and platform functionalities.

Analyze results and propose actionable next steps to help customers achieve their engineering goals.

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to escalate issues, suggest improvements, and test new features.

Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base materials.

Gather customer feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve both the platform and the overall customer experience.

Profile

Senior-level experience in a technical, customer-facing role, with a strong hands-on mindset.

Natural leadership style, comfortable taking ownership and guiding others through expertise rather than hierarchy.

Motivated to help build hands-on and mature a team and its processes over time, while remaining close to the technical work.

Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Solid knowledge of CFD, thermal engineering, or mechanical design principles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences.

Customer-focused mindset, comfortable working directly with enterprise clients.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
