Als Solution architect zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opzetten en bewaken van onze platform governance . Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het design van het ServiceNow landschap binnen het Acerta-IT landschap.

Je zal een sleutelrol invullen als brug tussen de verschillende (IT) domeinen.

Als Solution Architect maak je een solution design voor alle nieuwe en bestaande functionaliteiten binnen het ServiceNow domein met bijzondere aandacht voor : optimaal gebruik van de ServiceNow capabilities, niet-functionele vereisten, optimale integratie met andere domeinen en een goede balans tussen kost en kwaliteit.

Je capteert wat leeft bij de business, probeert problemen in hun context te begrijpen en onderzoekt hierbij samen met de business de haalbaarheid, de mogelijke oplossingen en de gerelateerde impact & risico’s.

Je hebt aandacht voor Technical Debt en werkt actief mee aan het reduceren van customisaties en complexiteit binnen het ServiceNow platform.

Je helpt mee de ServiceNow platform governance te bewaken en te optimaliseren.

Je blijft op de hoogte van de evolutie van de ServiceNow release alsook het Acerta applicatielandschap met de betrokken partijen aan business en ICT kant.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor ICT-specialisten, ontwikkelaars, product owners en managers, architecten en management voor architectuuradvies,-analyse en –validatie.

Een bewezen track record als Solution Architect op het ServiceNow platform, met ervaring in verschillende modules zoals CSM, ITSM en HRSD.

Een certificering als ServiceNow System Administrator bevestigt de technische kennis en ervaring die je meebrengt.

Minimaal 1 CIS Certificate binnen de ServiceNow product suites is vereist, met een voorkeur voor CIS CSM.

Grondige kennis van key technologieën binnen het ServiceNow platform maakt je tot een waardevolle adviseur binnen de organisatie.

Sterke analytische vaardigheden stellen je in staat om business requirements te vertalen naar praktische en efficiënte oplossingen op het ServiceNow platform.

Uitstekende communicatie- en coachingvaardigheden helpen om effectief samen te werken met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders, en draagvlak te creëren voor architecturale keuzes.

Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €120,88 netto / maand.
Een bedrijfswagen + nationale laadkaart behoren ook tot jouw loonpakket.
Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8 / dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis.
We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket : een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
