Junior IT Analyst (Antwerp)

Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications

Communicate effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements

Support the creation and maintenance of process models using BPMN and UML

Draft and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation

Participate in functional testing and assist in the validation of developed solutions

Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in a functional / business analysis or related role

Knowledge of BPMN and UML is a plus - willingness to learn is essential

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences

Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken)

Proactive, autonomous, and eager to take ownership

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Motivated to grow into more responsibilities over time
