    Sales Territory : Antwerp – Limburg – Vlaams-Brabant

    Job Description

    In this challenging position of Account Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities are :

    • Maintain and develop customers in the segments : Foodservice, bakery
    • Perform sales activities for the achievement of the sales budget and targets within sales territory in order to meet commercial objectives
    • Proactively develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships and ensure professional customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Developing (together with the other team members) the focus channels defined by management + achieving the specific objectives
    • Promoting the company's image through excellent product knowledge
    • Close collaboration with other members of the sales teams and internal services
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
    • Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to the management
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPI's while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged
    • You report directly to the Sales Manager
    • Profile

    • Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent through experience
    • Hands-on commercial talent with a passion for food (experience in Foodservice – Bakery is a Plus)
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion and presentation abilities
    • Being results oriented with a critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills
    • You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English
    • Team player
    • Familiar with CRM systems
