Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and improve onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Support performance management , workforce planning and succession planning processes
  • Identify talent development needs and follow-up on development actions
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to management
  • Be a reliable point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR questions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation
  • Actively promote a people-first culture aligned with company values

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
  • You have solid experience in Soft HR (talent, performance, onboarding, people support), ideally gained in a technical or engineering environment
  • You are fluent in French and English, spoken and written
  • You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor law
  • You're pragmatic, people-oriented, and have a team spirit attitude
  • A human-centric and varied HR role with real business proximity in a company in full expansion
