As a Management Assistant, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the legal team. Your key responsibilities include :
- Preparing and following up on invoicing procedures
- Opening and managing new matters in the ERP system
- Supporting 3 Partners and 2 Counsel with case management, including preparing court documents, finalising submissions, and tracking deadlines
- Organising, preparing, and monitoring internal and external hearings
- Creating and updating records in the CRM database
- Tracking legal obligations of lawyers (e.g. bar requirements)
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements
- Ensuring all documents are professionally formatted and presentation-ready
- Managing lawyers' calendars
- Creating PR / POs and monitoring expense reports
- At least two years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with MS Office tools Able to manage stress and multiple priorities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress and multiple priorities
- Proactive and consistently professional in approach
- A high level of proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Walking distance from the central station in Brussels
