As an HR Process Analyst , your main responsibilities are :

  • Design and implement simple and clear processes , where everyone knows their role.
  • Look for ways to improve process efficiency , taking into account the impact on the applications used and on HR data.
  • Define, analyze and find ways to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Regularly evaluate existing KPIs and suggest adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the Process Owner during internal audits and contribute to the implementation of resulting recommendations.
  • Document processes and changes , and ensure that all documents and relevant information are kept up to date and accessible, enabling teams to apply processes consistently across the board.

The ideal candidate for this HR Process Analyst role would have the following skills :

  • Master's degree
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in process management or process modeling.
  • Experience in HR process management or concrete experience with HR Topics is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in French and Dutch .
  • Experience with tools and methodologies related to process management, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI for example.
