Experience in HR process management or concrete experience with HR Topics is mandatory. Strong communication skills Fluency in French and Dutch . Experience with tools and methodologies related to process management, such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI for example. Analytical mindset . As an HR Process Analyst , your main responsibilities are :
- Design and implement simple and clear processes , where everyone knows their role.
- Look for ways to improve process efficiency , taking into account the impact on the applications used and on HR data.
- Define, analyze and find ways to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR processes.
- Regularly evaluate existing KPIs and suggest adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the Process Owner during internal audits and contribute to the implementation of resulting recommendations.
- Document processes and changes , and ensure that all documents and relevant information are kept up to date and accessible, enabling teams to apply processes consistently across the board.
