What you do as a critical infrastructure engineer at LCL?

You keep our technical installations humming. You make them reliable, safe and energy-efficient. Diegem is your main base, maar je springt ook in op andere locaties.

You run improvement projects from start to finish. You plan preventive work and roll out smart fixes during reactive maintenance. You help our infrastructure stay available at all times, you push our operational costs down and je creëert een veilige werkomgeving. You stand next to our Project Leaders during upgrade and expansion projects.

Through everything, you stay sharp on quality, safety, security and environmental impact.

You report to the critical infrastructure manager and you work closely with colleagues across our operations team.

Is this something for you?

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or electromechanics.
• You bring solid know-how in electrical systems and/or HVAC
• Experience in critical environments — airports, hospitals, nuclear sites, data centers — gives you an edge
• You enjoy driving projects in complex settings
• You think analytically and you organise without drama
• You enjoy connecting with colleagues, customers and suppliers
• You work with basic AutoCAD or similar design tools
• You step forward, take initiative and don’t wait for permission
• You communicate clearly and stay focused on the person in front of you
• You speak Dutch and English; French is a bonus
• You join our on-call rotation (about one week every ten)
