Description

Your main missions :

  • Establish a solid and lasting relationship with your customers, based on expertise, discretion and mutual trust.
  • Serve as a point of reference for employers, both local and international, by assisting and advising them in resolving various problems related to compliance with Belgian labor and social security legislation (termination of employment contracts, revisions of work regulations, A1 documents, cross-border work, etc.).
  • Draft legal advice in a precise, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner.
  • Sharing your knowledge motivates you, while contributing to the Legal Department's internal and external communication (writing newsletters, articles on developments in employment law, legal updates for payroll specialists, etc.).

Profile

The ideal candidate :

  • Holds a Master's degree in Belgian law, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in employment law.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with passive knowledge of French.
  • Shows a keen interest in Belgian labor law and social legislation, beyond simply providing correct legal advice.
  • Is able to guide and assist international clients in complying with Belgian labor and social security regulations.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, promoting effective communication with clients and within the team.
  • Is recognized for his thoroughness and attention to detail, essential for handling legal files.
  • Enjoys teamwork and is committed to personal development within a collaborative framework.
  • Is open to participating in formal and informal activities designed to strengthen links between colleagues.
