Junior Credit Controller - Belgium

WHAT THEY DO

  • Controlling the process of payment for the organisation's services or products, and making sure that payments are received and paid promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with the retailers to get the sales data to be able to invoice accurately and without dispute.
  • Ensure partners are paid on time and in full.
  • Collect payments from partners on time and in full.
  • Ensure all supplier payments are made on time and in full.
  • ad hoc analysis and documentation for the monthly financial reviews.
  • Use ERP (MS D365 FO) and support the development of dashboards on PowerBI.
  • Preparation of bank payments.
  • Booking bank statements.
  • Support in the preparation of month-end closing Invoicing.

WHO THEY ARE

  • Previous experience in a similar credit controller position.
  • Excellent advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and of ERP systems (preferably MS D365 FO).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to build own processes.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch & French (both spoken and written).
  • Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Highly result-oriented, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
