  • Performing administrative tasks to support various projects across the organization.
  • Assisting with the preparation of workshops, training materials, and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Managing ticket follow-ups within the system.
  • Supporting the Expense Management process.
  • Helping organize and structure materials for training sessions and demos.
  • Managing administrative tasks in different tools and assisting the team with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment. Experience from any sector is sufficient.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to quickly adapt and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Independence and the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
  • Flexibility in working hours (for example, starting between 6 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 AM).
  • Familiarity with Oracle is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A dynamic and varied temporary role within a fast-growing organization.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home (after the first 6 months, except in certain circumstances).
