Senior Lawyer M&A

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of M&A transactions, from initial structuring and negotiation to closing and post-closing integration.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare due diligence reports.
- Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior associates and support staff.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
