As the future Group Consolidation & Financial Controller Manager , your role will evolve in two phases : first by supporting the current transition, then stepping fully into the lead role.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements under IFRS
- Oversee half-year and annual external reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory deadlines
- Produce internal management reports in coordination with the FP&A team
- Maintain accuracy in accounting for the group's holding and financing entities across Belgium and Luxembourg (local GAAP)
- Collaborate closely with auditors, ensuring timely and compliant audit processes
- Support accounting aspects of M&A activity, including integration and reporting alignment
- Ensure proper functioning of the consolidation system (HFM) and transition to SAP S / 4 HANA
- Provide technical guidance on IFRS matters and draft accounting memos for complex transactions

Ideally, you bring :
