A leading international provider of serviced offices is looking for a Business Developer to drive its growth in Brussels.

This role focuses on new business development and account management , targeting small & medium-sized enterprises (30-50 employees) to generate profitable revenue.

Based in Brussels , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities . This dynamic B2B sales position requires a deep understanding of the market, fluency in English , and proficiency in French and / or Dutch .

You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's full range of flexible workspace solutions .

You will report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales teams in Belgium.

This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B sales professional with experience in selling services or solutions to SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities , handling the full sales cycle to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts , ensuring a deep understanding of their workspace needs.
  • Identify and secure new business deals with SMEs.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners (agents, consultants, real estate specialists) to create new sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English , with proficiency in French and / or Dutch .
  • At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales , ideally in service or solution-based industries.
  • Strong track record in selling to SME clients .
  • Salary & Benefits

  • Up to €55K gross annual salary (including 13th month and vacation).
  • Uncapped Commission scheme.
  • 22 paid holidays (20 legal + 2 extra-legal).
