As a CAR-T Operations Junior Expert , you will play a crucial role in executing CAR-T production steps and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAR-T production steps including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation in GMP-compliant clean rooms
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and batch records for safety and quality
• Collaborate across departments to support production operations in a shift-based environment
• Support innovation by contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Maintain GMP areas by ensuring equipment cleanliness and performing environmental monitoring
• Complete GMP documentation to ensure full traceability and regulatory compliance
